Michigan's Online Course Catalog was developed in the fall of 2013 as a result of Public Act 60 of 2013. This legislation allows students in grades 5 through 12 who are enrolled in a Michigan public local district or public school academy (not including full-time cyber schools) and who have consent from their parent or guardian to take up to two online courses per academic term. Consent of the parent or legal guardian is not required if the student is at least age 18 or is an emancipated minor.

Dear Parents:

We need your help.

We are always interested in improving what we do here at school. As parents, you are a vital part of our school team; your opinions and ideas are a valuable part of the school improvement process. One way we can gather this information is to conduct a Parent Survey.  We have set up a link to our survey so that it can be completed online.

In order to complete the survey, please go to:

http://www.advanc-ed.org/survey/public/7174075

Doing surveys online means that your responses are completely anonymous. We hope that you will feel comfortable giving us your honest opinions, as what you think about our school is really important to us. Please try to complete this survey by June 1, 2014.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to help make our schools better.
